Name meanings?

Is there a site I can go to where I don't look at what a name means, but for a meaning that has a name?

Like, I want to know if there is a name that means "little one" or "beautiful one". How do I find names that mean that?

Sorry if that sounded confusing.Name meanings?
The best I can say is google it.
