The manga/anime Bleach, what do the names mean... Tell me as many as you know please! and please list a source!Bleach Name meanings?
Ichigo - strawberry
I've noticed with some characters part of their names have meanings.
E.g
Yasutora Sado - tora = tiger
Orihime Inoue - hime = princess
In the Vizard Arc, Hiyori remarks this then adds that her and Shinji's names mean "monkey" and "lewd", only I'm not sure what part of the name.
Kurosaki - kuro = black
Shirosaki/Toshiro/Jyuushiro - shiro = white
Unohana/Hanataro - hana = flowerBleach Name meanings?
You should probably look it up in a Japanese to English name dictionary online. But if you listen to Ichigo's last name, it kinda sounds like "curry-saki", two Japanese food items.
