Could be spelt differently like Valec/ Valek/ Valic/ Valik..or Vesba/ Vespa..??

The closest name to Valec that I could find was Valko, which is a Bulgarian name meaning 'wolf': http://www.behindthename.com/name/valko

There has been research into the surname Valek, and this interesting information can be read here: http://www.surnamedb.com/surname.aspx?na鈥?/a>

The name Vespa is Latin and Italian for 'wasp'. It is also the name of a stylish and globally successful Italian line of scooters: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vespa#The_n鈥?/a>Possible name origins %26amp; meanings for Valec %26amp; Vesba?

I looked up Valec on Google. It's a Czechoslovakian man's name, also the name of a town there. It's listed as both a given name and a family name.
