What is a male name meaning evil/mean/cruel?

I'm writing a story and I'm trying to think of a name for my culprit. I tried looking under 'baby name meanings' etc, but no luck. Any ideas are appreciated. Thanks!!|||I'm a writer to and when I did some research these are the names I came up with:

Keres- Evil Spirits


Azazek - angel of death


Ratri - night


Seth - dazed in darkness (I'm not 100 % sure on this one)


Damon - To kill


Draven - The crow


Aeron - Slaughter


Blaike - Light and Dark


Sero- forgotten


Nico - Son of the dark


Kuro - Black


Kierra - Small dark one


Kurai - Dark





Now it's true that none of these mean 'Evil' exactly but they have meanings that are related or are associated with something evil/dark.

Well there's quite a few ideas and most mean something close to evil. You could always try making one up as well that uses combinations of names, just sounds evil, or uses latin (or whatever language) to come up with your own meaning by combining words. If you scroll down, or use CTRL+F and search for 'cruel,' there is a section closer to the end of the page called "Asian Villain Names" - that had a few that translated as cruel. Additionally, maybe try a general translating page and see if you can't warp a translation for the word cruel?





In example, according to http://www.freetranslation.com the word cruel in English translates to "Wreed" in Dutch. As a mere example, a name like Wyred or something of that sort.
