Hebrew name meanings, nana or nanael good for a girl? Does it mean what I think?

So one website told me nana means grace in hebrew. I've heard the name nanael as an angel name and I liked it. It is ending in el which means "of god" in hebrew, or "prime" in the sumerian from which Hebrew is derived, would that make it an angel name? Would that also make it masculine since all angels are usually portrayed as male? Would it mean an attribute of God? I don't want to pick a blasphemous name.

As far as I know, "Nana" is a diminutive of Joan/Janet/Jean/Joanne/Joanna, which means "God is gracious".



I have never heard the name "Nanael", but it would be a boy's name, like "Gabriel" or "Michael".
