Can anyone tell me if or what these suffixes mean or if there is a reason one would have one over the other? I do not follow the religion but notice many have a suffix of either "deep", "veer" or "inder" on their first name. I've tried Google but couldn't really find anything - just that many will have it (which I already knew).
Thanks.Sikh name meanings (-inder, -deep, ...)?

Sikh names also tend to derive from Sanskrit,
though in most cases they are distinct from Hindu names.
They are often dithematic, containing two elements. First elements like har, bal and man are combined with second elements like inder, deep and pal to create names such as Harinder and Mandeep.

An example of a name element is bert, which appears in several Germanic names like Albert, Robert and Bertram, and means "bright".
